There are two levels of service – standard and enhanced. Each can be tailored to specific site needs. For pure monitoring systems the standard service suffices, for Power Control projects an enhanced contract is offered providing 24Hr cover 7 days a week. Enhanced PDSA clients have a dedicated support phone number which routes through to the engineer on call. 24-7 there is a prime and secondary engineer available. Software Assurance for contracts are supplied as a supplement to the PDSA. With Software for ION Enterprise Software the client had peace of mind that their ION Enterprise System has the latest version installed or available, much in the same way as they have with their Microsoft products. Today we have in excess of 50 sites covered by a PDSA contract, increasing daily as new sites go on line. A PDSA not only provides our clients with peace of mind that their power management system is fully operational but also enhances the value obtained from the system. |
